Prices
All prices on Sunster I/S are listed in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT and applicable taxes. We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice. Subject to availability and stock.
Payment
We accept payments via MobilePay, Apple Pay, VISA-Dankort, VISA, Mastercard, and Maestro. The payment will only be withdrawn once the order has been dispatched.
All prices are in DKK and include VAT.
We reserve the right for pricing errors and sold-out/discontinued items.
Anyday payments are available for orders of 300 DKK or more. The first payment is withdrawn when the order is shipped, followed by monthly installments on the last business day of each month. The number of installments starts at four months and may vary depending on your selected plan. If all payments are made on time, there are no interest or fees. If the purchase is returned, the agreement with Anyday is automatically canceled.

Shipping
We aim to ship all orders placed before 17:00 on the same day. Orders placed later are dispatched the following business day.
We deliver throughout Denmark via DAO or GLS.
Shipping prices start at 29 DKK.
Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout.
We do not deliver to international addresses, the Faroe Islands, or Greenland.
If your selected pickup point is full, your package may be redirected to the nearest available location, and you’ll be notified. If issues occur, please contact customer service.
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, with expected delivery within 3–8 business days.
Special delivery terms may apply to certain products and will be stated before purchase.
Right of Complaint
According to Danish law, there is a 2-year warranty on all products. This covers defects in materials and workmanship. Depending on the situation, you may receive a repair, replacement, refund, or price reduction.
Complaints do not cover damages caused by misuse.
You must notify us within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect.
Return shipping costs are covered by Sunster I/S within reason.

We do not accept COD (cash on delivery) returns.
Refunds
If a refund is due, please provide your bank account information (registration and account number), so we can transfer the amount. This info is not sensitive and will be used solely to process your refund.
Right of Withdrawal
You have a 14-day full return policy for purchases made on our webshop.
The period starts from the day:

You receive your order.

You receive the last item in a multi-item order.

You receive the last batch or part in a split delivery.

You receive the first delivery in recurring subscriptions.
Return shipping is at your own expense.
You must notify us of your withdrawal within 14 days of purchase and return the item within another 14 days. Notify us by email at info@sunster.dk stating clearly that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Refusing delivery does not count as a valid withdrawal unless you also notify us.
Items Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal
You cannot withdraw from:

Custom-made or personalized items.

Sealed products unsuitable for return due to health/hygiene if the seal is broken.

Goods mixed with others upon delivery.

Services started with your consent and fully delivered.

Digital content not delivered on a physical medium, once begun with your consent.

Newspapers or magazines (excluding subscriptions).

Products purchased at public auction.

Items that quickly expire or deteriorate.
Returns
Return items without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after you’ve notified us. You are responsible for return shipping costs and for proper packaging.
Include a copy of your order confirmation.
We recommend using our return form for faster processing.
You are responsible for the item until we receive it.
We do not accept COD shipments.
Condition of Returned Items
You’re only liable for any decrease in value due to handling beyond what’s necessary to determine the item’s nature, features, and function—like trying it on in a physical store.
If the product is used beyond that, it’s considered used, and only a partial refund (or none) will be given depending on its market value.
Refund Processing
If you cancel your purchase, we will refund all payments, including standard delivery costs (not extra shipping upgrades), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as your original transaction unless agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the item or proof of return.
