You can always return your products within the 14-day return period.

Simply fill out the form below and let us know that you wish to return your order—along with the reason for your return.

Please note that it may take 7–9 business days from the time your return is shipped until it is received and processed. Refunds may take 3–10 banking days, depending on your bank and payment method.

Make sure that the items are packaged exactly as they were received. If the product has been opened or tested, it will be considered used. This means that in the case of a return, you may only receive a partial refund—or none at all—depending on the product’s condition and resale value at the time of return.
